  1. The first step toward working with us is to schedule a free discovery session. Here, we will explore your financial goals to determine how you can move from your current state of uncertainty to a place of confidence. Your discovery session includes:

    • A one-on-one session with a counselor
    • An assessment of your personal financial situation
    • A review of your most significant financial concern
    • A step you can use today to help you move towards a brighter future, even if you choose not to become a client
  2. At the conclusion of your discovery session, if we think we can help you improve your financial situation, we will schedule an in-depth meeting to further explore your needs. You will complete a series of questionnaires and are requested to collect specific documents that support demonstrate your current circumstances. This ensures we have a full financial picture in place to use as a starting point for your comprehensive, personalized plan.
  3. Once everything is collected, we will discuss your intentions to move forward by formalizing the client/advisor relationship. This includes the completion of an agreement that outlines our services as well as our fee structure. This document will signal the beginning of our official working relationship.
  4. A financial plan will be developed that includes recommendations regarding your personal finance and home-oriented needs. As action steps are identified, we will work with you to develop a plan that allows you to move forward, adjusting the approach if your needs, priorities, or circumstances change.

At HPP Cares CDE, we understand the importance of working with counselors that listen first and advise second. We will work to ensure the right questions are asked, allowing us to understand your goals and expectations before a customized plan is developed.

Your need will always be our priority, and we are dedicated to always working to exceed your expectations.

If you aren’t ready for a full assessment, you can choose to schedule a starting strategy session instead. These appointments allow you the opportunity to ask questions regarding your top three financial concerns. You will receive clear and straightforward answers that speak to your unique situation.

As a social enterprise, HPP CARES CDE has achieved significant and wide-ranging accomplishments in recent years.
